Whatever they want.
Being a Navy SEAL tends not to provide one with too many (ones that are more ‘tangible’ at least) marketable skills in the civilian world. I recall Jesse Ventura stating that when going to the unemployment office the SEALs at the time would list their qualifications as demolitions, diving, and parachuting.

As previously mentioned, those skills do not really have much of a place in the civilian world aside from private security contracting, law enforcement, and other forms of government employment. That said, the other skills that one may either learn or refine when serving as a SEAL are applicable to many different types of positions throughout the civilian job market.
Those skills would often include effective leadership, remaining calm in stressful situations, and being able to execute any type of goal. There are many other skills that I could potentially list but these tend to be the most commonly known in regards to the SEAL community, The larger SOF community, and even the military as a whole.
